Professional Experience
As President and co-founder of Premier Design + Build Group, Mr. Zocher oversees the firm's management team as well as directing and coordinating the sales and marketing activities. Additionally, Mr. Zocher is responsible for providing a leading role in the strategic planning that provides direction for the company's future.

Mr. Zocher is personally involved in the development of new projects from conceptual site plan and budgeting phases through project completion. His leadership and expertise ensure that all aspects of the company are handled in a thorough and professional manner.

Mr. Zocher has personally been involved in the planning, design, construction, and successful occupancy of more than 50 facilities with a total square footage in excess of 5 million square feet.

His specific experience includes a diverse range of build to suit projects including a 700,200 square foot distribution center in Monee, IL for World Kitchen, Inc., a manufacturer of kitchen tools; a new 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Geneva, IL for Continental Envelope, a world class manufacturer of envelopes; a 242,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Libertyville, IL for Abbott Laboratories, one of the world's leading healthcare companies and Advocate Good Samaritan Professional Building, a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art two-story medical building in Lemont, IL.
