Professional Experience
As Vice President for Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, Mr. Zocher manages the company's overall design and construction services.

Mr. Zocher is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities for the firm's projects, including estimating, design coordination, permitting, scheduling and subcontract administration. In addition, Mr. Zocher manages the company's operational and administrative functions.

Throughout his career, Zocher has personally been involved in more than 25 facilities with a total square footage over 2.75 million square feet.

His specific experience includes a wide range of build to suit projects including, three five-story student-housing facilities, totaling over 200,000 square feet and a 140,000 square foot four-story educational facility expansion, which included classrooms, faculty offices, a student union and museum both in North Chicago, IL; a new 58,000 square foot refrigerated production facility in Kansas City, MO for Redi-Cut Foods, Inc., a supplier of fresh cut produce for major restaurant chains, and a 450,000 square foot warehouse distribution center in Romeoville, IL, for AMLI Commercial Properties.
