Professional Experience
As Vice President of Premier Design + Build Group, Mr. Paul is responsible for working with clients to successfully implement and manage the planning, design, approval and construction stages of their projects. His primary objective is to ensure that each client has the necessary information and tools to ease the decision making throughout the design and construction processes.

Mr. Paul acts as the primary liaison between Clients and the Design/Construction team to ensure that all aspects of the project, including design coordination, permitting, scheduling and construction are handled in the most cost effective manner in conjunction with providing top quality facilities.

Mr. Paul has personally been involved in the planning, design, construction, and successful occupancy of more than 20 facilities with a total square footage over 2.3 million square feet.

Some of his specific experiences includes a diverse range of build to suit projects including a new 107,000 square foot facility for FedEx Ground in Wheeling, IL with van and distribution hub; a 156,800 square foot distribution facility in Lake Zurich, IL for Echo, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of commercial landscape maintenance equipment, and McHenry Savings Bank, a new 49,000 square foot four-story office building including lobby, teller stations and training center for a local bank in McHenry, IL.
