June, 2010 – Premier will serve as Design/Build Contractor for the construction of 79,102 sf of Office Build-Out and Warehouse Improvements for Dwyer Products, located at BridgePoint Woodridge. Dwyer Products provides custom modular casework for the healthcare, government, education, hospitality, and public housing industries. The Tenant Improvement project consists of 12,760 sf of Office Build-Out highlighting a showroom to display interactive vignettes of Dwyer’s various product lines, along with an open collaboration area, private offices, conference rooms, and office/warehouse engineering and operations offices. Construction Services also include 66,342 sf of Warehouse Improvements with specialized areas for product assembly, manufacturing and storage. The warehouse has been designed to accommodate future expansion as Dwyer continues to grow. Construction began in early-Summer and is scheduled to be complete in September, 2010

PREMIER CONTRACTS WITH BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS FOR MODEL OFFICE AT PARK BUTTERFIELD IN AURORA , IL

Premier has contracted with Bridge Development Partners for the construction of a 2,970 sf Model Office at Park Butterfield in Aurora, IL. The Model Office includes two private offices, a reception area, an open office/bull pen area, and separate restroom facilities for both office and warehouse personnel. Construction commenced in the beginning of June 2010 and will be completed by the end of June 2010.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP CONTRACTS FOR FLOWSERVE OFFICE AND MANUFACTURING IMPROVEMENTS, WOODRIDGE, IL

May, 2010 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has contracted with Bridge Development Partners, LLC for the construction of 10,423 sf of Office Build-Out and 22,111 sf of Manufacturing Area Improvements. The new space will be occupied by Flowserve, a precision manufacturer/supplier of pumps, valves and seals to the power, oil, gas, and other industries. The improvements will include free-standing labs for product assembly and repair, accommodations for specialized product testing and development, material handling and manufacturing areas and a quick response center to turn around emergency orders in less than twenty-four hours. The office highlights include conference and training areas, private and open offices, and integrated warehouse offices. The project began in April 2010 and completion is expected by mid-June, 2010.

PREMIER COMPLETES THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE ACUTE TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, ELMHURST, IL

February, 2010 – Premier has completed the construction of the 18,061 sf Tenant Build-Out for Fresenius Medical Care’s new acute office and warehouse located in the Corporate Plaza of Elmhurst. The new facility enables large-scale employee training sessions in addition to providing equipment maintenance and servicing labs to support FMC’s supply of dialysis machines to hospitals. The facility also includes private and open offices, a procedure room, and warehouse storage. The project began in January 2010 and was completed in mid-February, 2010.

January, 2010 – Construction of the 169,800 sf Four Story Office Building for Bridge Development Partners, LLC has been completed. The professional office building designed for LEED Status is located at Aptakisic and Shelter Roads in Lincolnshire. The building features Class “A” Finishes, Architectural Precast/Glass Curtain Wall Façade and includes accommodations for future professional tenant space.

December, 2009 – Premier completed 23,755 sf of Office Build-Out and Warehouse Improvements for Schreder Lighting’s new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Addison, IL. Schreder Lighting specializes in upscale, architectural outdoor lighting. Premier teamed up with Schreder management to provide a versatile facility capable of adapting and evolving at the same pace as the dynamic LED industry in which they operate. The production areas of their new facility feature accommodations for manufacturing, prototyping, warehousing, distribution, and semi-automated assembly. The office portion features a reception area, conference rooms, private offices, and a contemporary staff lounge.

November, 2009 – Premier has completed construction of 55,010 sf of Office Build-Out and Warehouse Improvements for InnerWorkings located at Park Butterfield, Aurora, IL. InnerWorkings is a provider of print and promotional products across a wide range of industries and one of the fastest-growing companies within the technology, media, & telecommunications industry. Construction services consisted of collaborating with the InnerWorkings management team to provide an office environment conducive to their company culture. This included strategic positioning of open office areas to align teams near the private offices of their direct managers. A centralized area and private offices for warehouse management were also provided.

PREMIER BEGINS CONSTRUCTION FOR THE ECHO, INCORPORATED EXPANSION PROJECT LAKE ZURICH, IL

October, 2009 – Premier Design + Build Group began construction for ECHO, Incorporated’s 127,200 sf expansion to their existing facility located in Lake Zurich, IL. ECHO, Incorporated, a worldwide leader in the development and manufacture of professional-grade hand-held outdoor power equipment has elected to expand their facility to accommodate a continuous growth in their business.

Highlights of the 127,200 sf expansion consists of the addition of twelve (12) Exterior Truck Docks, 1 drive-in-door, 28’ Clear Height and Architectural Precast and 3,000 sf of Office Improvements. Construction commenced in early October and is slated for a summer 2010 completion.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP, LLC COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHILDREN’S MEMORIAL OUTPATIENT CLINIC, NEW LENOX, IL

August, 2009 - Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of the 11,290 sf Tenant Build-Out for the Children’s Memorial Hospital Outpatient Clinic, located in the newly completed Silver Cross Medical Office Building. The tenant build-out included Twenty (20) Exam Rooms, One (1) X-Ray/Radiology Room, One (1) Procedure/Treatment Room and Fully Functional Gym for Physical and Occupational Treatment. The Clinic also features an Open Waiting Area with Custom Millwork, Administrative, Nurses and Doctors Offices. The project began in May 2009 and was completed by the end of July 2009.

July, 2009 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of the Two Story, 58,085 Square Foot Medical Office Building. The Medical Office Facility features a Grand Lobby with Terrazzo flooring and millwork walls designed to service both this facility and future adjacent six story medical office building. Highlights include Class “A” Finishes, Architectural Precast/Glass Curtain Wall Façade. The building will be the future home of Children’s Memorial Hospital’s New Lenox outpatient clinic. This facility is the first building constructed on the campus of the Silver Cross replacement hospital.

September, 2009 – Construction was completed for the tenant improvements of Downers Grove Pediatrics located in the recently completed Greenbriar Medical Office Building, Downers Grove, IL. The improvements consisted of new exam rooms, Nurses’ station and administration and support area including an open reception/waiting area with built-in aquarium. The project began in July 2009 and was completed in September 2009.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP COMPLETES THE BRIDGEPOINT WOODRIDGE PROJECT IN WOODRIDGE, IL

September, 2009 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, completed the construction of two spec. buildings for Bridge Development Partners, LLC and Globe Corporation.

The project consisted of two speculative industrial warehouse facilities totaling 383,305 sf (1000 Davey Road – 264,183 sf and 1020 Davey Road – 119,122 sf). Additionally the project included the extension of Davey Road to connect with Lemont Road. The two buildings have been constructed on a 22-acre site located less than 2 miles from the I-55/I-355 Interchange on Lemont Road, which will offer easy access to the surrounding area.

Cumulatively, the project features 36 exterior truck docks, 14 drive-in doors, 30’ clear-height, with Precast/Glass exterior walls along with ESFR Fire Protection Systems.

The project team consisted of Bridge Development Partners, LLC in Partnership with Globe Corporation (Owners), Cornerstone Architects Ltd. (Architects), Spaceco, Inc. PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP COMPLETES THE 255,400 SF LEED CERTIFIED MULTI-TENANT SPECULATIVE FACILITY IN THE CENTERPOINT BUSINESS CENTER FOR CENTERPOINT PROPERTIES

Gurnee, IL – October, 2008 – CenterPoint Properties and Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction on the 255,400 sf multi-tenant speculative facility located in the CenterPoint Business Center, Gurnee, IL. Registered with the U.S. Green Building Council, the building has been designed to achieve status as a LEED certified building. The project is situated on 12.9 acres adjacent to I-94 and has direct access to the I-94/132 (Grand Avenue) interchange. The facility features a 30’ clear height, with an ESFR sprinkler system, 20 loading docks and 4 drive-in-doors.

As part of the Green Building Design, this project includes high efficiency motion activated lighting, an irrigation system supplied by collected rain water, and the building itself is constructed from more than 30% recycled material. The project team consisted of CenterPoint Properties (Developer), Premier Design + Build Group, LLC (Design/Builder), Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. (Architect) and Manhard Consulting, Ltd. (Civil Engineer). Construction began in November of 2007.


PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF TWO MULTI-TENANT SPECULATIVE FACILITIES TOTALING 335,065 SF APTAKISIC CREEK CORPORATE PARK BUFFALO GROVE, IL

October 30, 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, completes design and construction of the 335,065 sf Aptakisic Creek Corporate Park project in Buffalo Grove, IL. The development consisted of two speculative industrial warehouse facilities with Building 1measuring 188,215 sf and Building 2 measuring 146,850 sf. The structures are highlighted by a precast and glass curtain-wall façade and accommodate 30’ clear height with an ESFR sprinkler system. The project also includes 32 exterior truck docks (16 per facility) and 8 drive-in doors (4 per facility). The park is located on 29 acres at the southeast corner of Aptakisic Road and Industrial Drive in Buffalo Grove, IL.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF TWO MULTI-TENANT SPECULATIVE FACILITIES TOTALING 352,000 SF PARK BUTTERFIELD AURORA, IL

October 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, Bridge Development Partners completed constructed of the 352,000 sf Park Butterfield project in Aurora, IL. The development consists of two speculative industrial warehouse facilities, with each facility measuring176,000 sf. The buildings are highlighted by a precast and glass curtain-wall façade, 30’ clear height, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Located at the southeast corner of Eola and Butterfield Road in Aurora, Park Butterfield offers easy access to the I-88 corridor.

PREMIER COMPLETES 219,177 SF FEDEX GROUND/HOME DELIVERY PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION CENTER SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY

September 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of the FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Package Distribution Center project in South Brunswick, New Jersey. The 219,177 sf facility has been constructed on a 27-acre site located just off Exit 8A on the New Jersey Turnpike , strategically centered between the New York , NY and Philadelphia, PA metropolitan areas.

The load-bearing precast structure features a state-of-the-art material handling system for FedEx Ground, with over 60 exterior dock positions, 8 oversized drive -in doors, a dry-type fire protection system, maintenance shop, office, training and administrative support areas. Full site improvements were also provided, including over 100 trailer parking stalls, security guardhouse, fuel island and a two -bay vehicle maintenance garage.

Additionally, the co-locate facility contains a separate office and support area for FedEx’s growing residential division, Home Delivery. The project team consisted of Jones Development Company (Developer/Owner), Bozich Architects (Architect), ALTA Engineering, Inc. PREMIER COMPLETES EXPANSION OF THE FEDEX GROUND PACKAGE SYSTEMS, INC. DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR SCANNELL PROPERTIES MCCOOK, IL

August, 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC has completed construction of the 41,239 sf building expansion and associated site improvements to the FedEx Ground Package System facility in McCook, IL. Premier was selected by Scannell Properties, the owner of the facility, for the project. The expansion to the existing facility accommodates the growth in the small package shipping business for FedEx Ground.

The 41,239 sf building addition features 12 dock doors, 2 drive-in-doors, heavyduty interior trench drains, a dry-type sprinkler system, and an 1800 SF remote office area to service the extension of FedEx’s fully-automated package conveying system. Site improvements include expansion of the employee car parking area and the construction of over five (5) acres of trailer parking and staging area. Construction commenced in the late Summer of 2007 and was completed in February, 2008. PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF THE 139,103 SF MELROSE PARK CORPORATE CENTER PROJECT MELROSE PARK, IL

July, 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC, Korman/Lederer & Associates and Principal Financial Group teamed up for the construction of the 139,103 sf Melrose Park Corporate Center project in Melrose Park, IL. The multi-tenant warehouse facility, located on 6 acres of land at the northwest corner of 25thAvenue and Division Street, will feature a 28’ clear height, precast and glass exterior walls, 12 covered exterior docks, ESFR Fire Sprinkler System and 4 drive-in doors.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF TWO NEW MULTI-TENANT SPECULATIVE FACILITIES TOTALING 495,000 SF IN BATON ROUGE, LA

June, 2008 - Construction of the Baton Rouge West Distribution Center project was completed by Premier Design and Build Group LLC. The project consisted of two multi-tenant speculative industrial warehouse facilities totaling 495,000 sf (Facility "1" - 220,000 sf and Facility "2" - 275,000 sf) in West Baton Rouge Parish, LA. The buildings are constructed on 42-acres at the southwest corner of Allendale Drive and Commercial Drive in West Baton Rouge Parish, LA.Cumulatively, the project features 80 exterior truck docks and 16 drive-in-doors.

Both facilities have 30'clear-height, with Tilt-up Concrete/Glass exterior walls and 6” concrete floor slabs, along with ESFR Fire Protection Systems.The project team consisted of HSA Commercial Real Estate (Developer), Premier Design + Build Group,LLC (Design/Builder), Harris Architects, Inc. PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP, LLC COMPLETES CICERO CORPORATE CENTER PROJECT

December 2008 – Premier Design + Build Group, LLC completed construction for Korman/Lederer & Associates of a 100,280 sf multi-tenant facility. The warehouse has been constructed on a 4.82 acre site located at 5900 West Ogden Avenue just north of Interstate 55 in Cicero, IL. The building features 28 foot clear height with precast/glass exterior walls, ten exterior truck docks and four drive-in doors.

PREMIER DESIGN + BUILD GROUP, LLC COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF THE NOW HEALTH GROUP EXPANSION, BLOOMINGDALE, IL

December, 2008 – Premier completed construction for Now Health Group of the expansion to their interior production area at the Bloomingdale facility. Now Health Group, a manufacturer of vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements, natural foods and health related products has expanded their production area to accommodate a continuous growth in their industry.

Highlights of the 26,690 sf expansion include the addition of a full second floor mezzanine and new production and packaging lines as well as accommodations for new laboratory facilities. Construction commenced in August, 2008 and was completed by year-end 2008.

The project team consisted of Now Health Group (Owner), Heitman Architects Incorporated (Architect), and Premier Design + Build Group, LLC (Design/Builder).
