Renovation of existing facility for use by The Goodman Theatre as a scene shop. The project included remodeling and upgrading existing offices, construction of 2,500 sf of Mezzanine Area for storage, Fully Enclosed Paint Shop, Racked Storage Area, Ventilation and Electrical Improvements for woodworking and metal shop. Also completed were various Site Improvements, including Upgraded Landscaping and Decorative Fence. |
