Ronald A. Nelsen, Jr., Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Operations, Mr. Nelsen oversees all aspects of Premier Design + Build Group's field activities. His responsibilities include the management of PDB Group's field personnel and the development and management of the company's procedural, safety and quality assurance programs. Mr. Nelsen's expertise of the "field" aspects of the construction process is paramount in continuing to achieve our fundamental goal of maintaining a cost-effective and technologically advanced field operation.

Professional Experience
Mr. Nelsen has over twenty years of construction experience involving the construction of more than sixty projects. He has completed a diverse range of projects including low-rise office buildings, airport terminals, medical office buildings, manufacturing facilities, distribution facilities, restaurants, and many detailed tenant improvements.

Some of Mr. Nelsen's specific experiences consists of a diverse range of build to suit projects including a 107,000 sf fully automated distribution hub for FedEx Ground; Two 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art three-story medical office buildings in Elgin, IL; a 250,000 sf manufacturing/technical center in Northbrook, IL for Motorola; the terminal III expansion at O'Hare Airport for American Airlines; a 65,000 sf assisted living facility in Arlington Heights, IL for Lutheran General Hospital (The Moorings); and a 170,000 sf retail facility in Evanston, IL for Home Depot.
