PREMIER managed the design and construction of four Class A multi-tenant speculative industrial warehouse buildings spanning over 920,000 square feet in Hialeah Gardens, Florida. Each of the expansive warehouses was designed and constructed with flexible configurations to meet the needs of today’s sophisticated end users. Building envelope materials consist of concrete tilt-up wall panels and a 45 mil TPO roofing system with 32’ clear height warehouse space, galvanized metal canopies at front entrances and glass and glazing in anodized aluminum frames. Stormwater is managed via an onsite storm sewer system and a new 3.7-acre wet bottom retention lake.
