PREMIER led construction of a new new 50’ clear-height build-to-suit cold storage facility in Savannah, Georgia. The state-of-the-art facility includes metal wall panels, a 19,000-square-foot blast freezer, two freezer rooms, a boxing room and a convertible room. The building shell is equipped with a 4000 amp electrical service and a Tyco Quell fire protection system. The new facility features 39 exterior dock positions, 54 trailer positions and 68 car parking stalls.
