PREMIER completed a tenant build-out for a designer and manufacturer of medical electronic devices, military applications and dashboards for off-highway vehicles in McCook, Illinois. The tenant space spans a total of 67,888 square feet including office and warehouse space. Anti-static flooring was installed to aid in achieving a static-free environment for special operations. The build-out also featured a conference room, two expansive open office areas, a large break room, a private office, restrooms and a reception area.
