PREMIER led construction on an 11,290-square-foot interior build-out at the Silver Cross Medical Campus in New Lenox, Illinois. A total of 20 exam rooms, an X-ray/radiology room and several procedure and treatment rooms were included in the build, as well as a fully-functioning gym for rehabilitation and pediatric outpatient treatment and physician’s offices and staff support areas. A large, open waiting area with extensive millwork and playful, interactive features for young patients completed the build.
