PREMIER has led multiple phases of construction at Mayfair Collection, a 400,000-square-foot retail center that is the first phase of The District, a 69-acre master planned community that includes shopping, restaurants, residences and more. PREMIER’s scope included 255,000 square feet of new retail lease space for top-tier retailers, including full interior improvements and retail space for casual restaurants and bars, Whole Foods Market, Home Goods and Verlo Mattress.
