PREMIER was selected to spearhead the design and construction on this LEED Gold certified speculative core and shell in South Bay, California. Designed to be as environmentally friendly as it is functional, the facility replaced a 615,590-square-foot Farmer Brothers facility. Robust recycling efforts prevented 95% of construction waste materials from going to the landfill. A new asphalt parking lot was installed to accommodate 374 car and 172 trailer parking stalls.
