PREMIER managed the design and construction of the fifth and final speculative warehouse on the 12-acre commerce center in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. The building is constructed of precast concrete and steel and features 48 truck docks, two drive-in doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The site includes parking for 30 trailers and 178 cars and features a 32’ clear height. PREMIER was also tapped to complete multiple tenant improvements in Buildings 2 and 3 at the commerce center.
