PREMIER managed the design and construction on a speculative warehouse in Dania Beach, Florida. Designed to accommodate manufacturers, distributors and freight forwarders, Marina Mile was the second institutional-grade distribution warehouse PREMIER built in Dania Beach’s industrial district. The Clasa A, state-of-the-art warehouse featured 32’ clear warehouse space was designed for flexible configurations of up to six tenants of varying sizes. The building envelope consisted of tilt-up concrete wall panels, structural steel, a 45 mil TPO roofing system, and an ESFR fire protection sprinkler system. The new asphalt parking lot included 241 total stalls, and on-site stormwater management is facilitated via exfiltration trenches and wet and dry retention lakes.
