Charles Worrell Joins PREMIER Design + Build Group as Project Executive in Connecticut
September 14, 2026 (Stamford, CT) — PREMIER Design + Build Group is pleased to announce that Charles Worrell has joined the company as Project Executive. Worrell will play an important role in the continued growth of PREMIER’s Connecticut team, helping expand the company’s presence in the market while strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and project teams.
Worrell brings more than 20 years of construction and development experience, including the successful delivery of prominent New York projects valued at up to $175 million. His portfolio spans large-scale ground-up construction, core-and-shell development, renovations, and interior fit-outs across the residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, educational, institutional, and hospitality sectors.
Throughout his career, Worrell has held key leadership roles directing projects from early preconstruction through turnover and closeout. He is also experienced in leading project mobilization and on-site operations while maintaining alignment among owners, design consultants, construction managers, general contractors, trade partners, and vendors.

In his new role, Worrell will provide executive oversight across all phases of project delivery, ensuring teams remain aligned with client objectives, contractual requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. He will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while guiding project teams through proactive problem-solving and informed decision-making.
Worrell has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007 and currently holds the LEED AP Building Design + Construction credential. His additional qualifications include OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health training, FMI leadership and train-the-trainer programs, and an Engineer-in-Training certificate from the New York State Education Department.
