PREMIER’s Eastern Region is actively growing its team to meet increasing demand, with additional hires planned to support project management, field operations, and client development. The slate of new hires reflects PREMIER’s investment in building a top-tier regional team and enhances its capabilities across all phases of design and construction:

• Fred Castelbuno, Vice President of Field Operations – A veteran construction leader who will guide site-level execution, safety, and quality assurance across all Eastern Region projects.

• William Rosa, Vice President of Construction – A highly skilled leader for navigating local market conditions and delivering effective solutions, who will oversee project management operations and provide strategic direction to project teams.

• Bhavik Vaghela, Preconstruction Manager – Adds depth to the region’s estimating and planning functions with expertise in cost modeling and early-phase project logistics.

• Alexey Shishkin and Bert Bunn, Senior Project Managers – Both bring deep experience managing complex, fast-track projects from kickoff through closeout.

• Nischal Arjue and Jeffrey Lamborn, Assistant Project Managers – Rising talent supporting day-to-day project coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control.

• Sean Sellers, Senior Superintendent –  Bring boots-on-the-ground leadership to the jobsite, with a reputation for maintaining rigorous standards and efficient schedules.

• Scott Walters and Jason McClure, Superintendents – Field leaders who bring hands-on expertise and a sharp focus on execution, driving progress in the field, coordinating seamlessly with project teams, and ensuring jobsites operate safely.

Internal Promotions Reflect a Culture of Growth

This expansion isn’t just about new faces—it’s also about recognizing and elevating leaders within. PREMIER recently promoted John Poje to Project Executive and Quinn Ryan to Preconstruction Manager, signaling the firm’s commitment to long-term career development and continuity in leadership.

Poje, a veteran of both construction and architecture, brings strategic oversight and problem-solving to complex developments, guiding teams from preconstruction through closeout. Poje enhances PREMIER’s ability to deliver regionally tailored solutions with precision.

Ryan steps into his role with a deep knowledge of estimating, permitting, and scheduling. He has played a key role in the bidding and preconstruction processes for the region and now leads efforts to ensure seamless handoffs from preconstruction to execution, bridging critical phases with clarity and accountability.
