Two California industrial developments highlight the continued partnership between 9th St. Partners, Clarion Partners, and PREMIER Design + Build Group.
September 14, 2026 (Irvine, CA) — 9th St. Partners, LLC, Clarion Partners, and PREMIER Design + Build Group today announced the completion of Project 9 Carson, a 129,295-square-foot Class A industrial development in Carson, California, and the start of construction on Project 9 San Jose, a new 93,156-square-foot industrial facility in San Jose, California. The two projects reflect the continued investment and development partnership between 9th St. Partners and Clarion Partners and their shared focus on creating high-quality industrial facilities in supply-constrained California markets. PREMIER Design + Build Group serves as the general contractor for both developments.

Project 9 Carson Now Complete
Project 9 Carson is a newly completed 129,295-square-foot Class A industrial facility developed by 9th St. Partners and Clarion Partners, with PREMIER Design + Build Group serving as general contractor. The building features a fully finished two-story office totaling approximately 10,000 square feet, 36-foot clear height, 15 dock doors, and one drive-in door, together with approximately 4.25 acres of excess parking on the site designated for car and truck parking.
The completion represents another milestone for the 9th St. Partners and Clarion Partners development program in Southern California and delivers a modern industrial facility designed to serve users seeking high-quality space in one of the region’s most important industrial markets.
Construction Underway on Project 9 San Jose
Construction is underway on Project 9 San Jose, a 93,156-square-foot industrial facility being developed by 9th St. Partners and Clarion Partners. Upon completion, the project is expected to include approximately 6,000 square feet of office space, including mezzanine space, 11 dock doors, and two drive-in doors.
