PREMIER Expands Southeastern Footprint with New Projects and Tampa Office

April 27, 2026 (Tampa, FL.) — PREMIER Design + Build Group is expanding its statewide Florida presence with multiple new projects launching in 2026, supported by a dedicated Tampa office that will serve as the operational hub for the company's broader Southeastern market activities.
This expansion reflects PREMIER's long-term commitment to the region’s industrial and commercial development sectors and its rapidly growing business communities.
A Foundation in Tampa
Tampa's industrial market presents a compelling opportunity. With strong demand and constrained land availability, the region delivered just 33.6 million square feet of industrial space between 2020 and 2024 (1), creating a persistent supply gap that PREMIER is positioned to help address. Tampa is a strategic base to serve one of Florida's most dynamic and undersupplied industrial markets.
PREMIER has been active in Florida since 2017, completing several million square feet of industrial space across the region. Building on that foundation, the company is now accelerating its growth across the state with a new wave of development activity.

Pipeline of Work in the Southeast
PREMIER’s Southeast region includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Across the Southeast region, PREMIER’s backlog includes projects in Port St. Lucie, Miami Gardens, North Palm Beach, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Thonotosassa, Florida. Additionally, PREMIER is active in the Huntsville, Alabama, and Atlanta, Georgia, markets.
Strengthening the Team
PREMIER's regional expansion is led by Executive Vice President Jason Hart, providing experienced oversight as the company continues to grow its Southeastern presence.
PREMIER's Tampa office will be led by Sean Tyrrell, Senior Vice President, who brings 30 years of industry experience and deep roots in the Southeast market. Tyrrell spent most of his career serving as the Vice President of Construction for a national developer, overseeing all construction and development activities across the region. His firsthand knowledge of the Southeast's development landscape positions him to drive PREMIER's continued growth in the region.
