At PREMIER, giving back to the community is part of who we are. Recognizing that summer often brings a decline in donations to food pantries and an increased need among families, our team came together this June for a company-wide food drive, donating to local food pantries in each of our regional markets.
Across the country, our teams selected nonprofit organizations that reflect our shared commitment to strengthening communities and supporting vulnerable populations. Each pantry plays a vital role in the areas they serve, and we were proud to help restock their shelves.
Midwest Region: Supporting Glen House Food Pantry

The Midwest team selected Glen House Food Pantry, which has been serving DuPage County of Illinois, for over 40 years. Founded on a simple but powerful idea—neighbors helping neighbors—the Pantry provides essential groceries and wraparound services to those at risk of hunger.
Key programs include:
SnackPack Program: Nutritious weekend snacks for low-income children.
Care Center Program: Hot meals and grocery access for 50–100 local families.
Senior & Veteran Services: Regular grocery deliveries to group homes and veteran residences.
Our team was inspired by the Pantry’s collaborative approach and long-standing commitment to serving those in need.
Northeast Region: Helping ACI’s CommUnity Market

In the Northeast, our team supported the Alliance Center for Independence (ACI) Food Pantry – CommUnity Market, which serves individuals with disabilities and their families. Their innovative, consumer-choice pantry provides more than food—it offers empowerment.
The CommUnity Market combines food assistance with career training, creating opportunities for people with disabilities to gain experience in retail and customer service. The ACI also offers broader services, including advocacy, independent living skills, employment readiness, and health and wellness programs.
PREMIER is proud to contribute to an organization advancing inclusion and dignity alongside basic needs.
Southwest Region: Partnering with Families Forward

Our Southwest team contributed to Families Forward in Irvine, California, a nonprofit working to end homelessness for families with children. For four decades, Families Forward has been a lifeline, providing food, housing, job support, and mental health counseling.
Their comprehensive approach helps families not only find stability but thrive. Whether it’s financial coaching, medical care, or grocery support, Families Forward addresses every facet of wellbeing to ensure families can move forward with strength and dignity.
This food drive is just one way we live out PREMIER’s values—working together to build stronger foundations, not just in construction, but in the community. We’re grateful to our partners at Glen House Food Pantry, ACI CommUnity Market, and Families Forward for the critical work they do every day.
