The project totals 219,242 square feet, including an 11,000-square-foot, two-story office component, and reflects Rexford Industrial’s and PREMIER’s continued success in delivering high-performance industrial facilities throughout Southern California. 15010 Don Julian Road features a 36-foot clear height, 21 dock doors, and one grade-level load-in door, supporting efficient warehouse and distribution operations. The building is equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system and a rooftop solar panel system, reinforcing a focus on safety, sustainability, and long-term operational efficiency. The office space was designed in collaboration with a local architect to deliver a modern, highly functional interior environment. The project showcases a second-story balcony that introduces a distinctive indoor–outdoor element, enhancing the overall workplace experience and setting the project apart within the industrial market. The building’s façade is defined by expansive window lines that flood the interior with natural light. PREMIER worked in collaboration with Herdman Architecture + Design, Inc., Hunter Environmental, Kramer Engineering, Huitt-Zollars, and RPM Engineers.
