PREMIER Design + Build Group’s team was in Egg Harbor, NJ this week to mark the grand opening of another retail location for a European grocer that is rapidly expanding its U.S. presence. The grand opening for the chain’s newest store took place on April 14. Cindy Dunson, who served as project manager, was in attendance, along with vice president Northeast market leader, David Gasson and superintendent, Paul Laino. PREMIER served as General Contractor for this adaptive reuse project. The new Egg Harbor store includes a bakery, large walk-in refrigeration and freezer areas, offices, tech and IT rooms, automatic sliding entryways, and two loading docks. It is the third store that PREMIER has delivered for the European retailer. PREMIER’s project partners on the Egg Harbor location included Cuhaci & Peterson, Inc. for architectural design and engineering services. Later this spring, PREMIER’s team will travel to Lawrenceville, NJ to celebrate the completion of a fourth store for the grocery chain.
