November 22, 2024 (Union, NJ) — PREMIER Design + Build Group  is pleased to announce the substantial completion of Montrose 287 Logistics Center in South Plainfield, NJ, and the commencement of the Union Distribution Center in Union, NJ, for Brookfield Properties , a leading global operator and developer of high-quality real estate assets. Every project is built with the future in mind, designed for long-term success, and tailored to meet our client's evolving needs.  Our first project with Brookfield Properties, Montrose 287 Logistics Center  in South Plainfield, N.J., has reached completion as of October 2024. This 112,191-square-foot industrial development features a 36-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 98 car parking spaces, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system, along with a built-to-suit office area tailored to meet the tenant’s specific needs.  In September 2024, PREMIER’s team broke ground on our second project with Brookfield Properties, Union Distribution Center in Union, N.J. This 151,676-square-foot, Class A distribution facility includes 4,000-square-foot build-to-suit office space, 36-foot clear height, 28 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 16 trailer parking stalls, and 123 car parking stalls. In prioritizing Brookfield Properties’ focus on sustainability, PREMIER’s construction process for both projects goes beyond meeting current sustainability standards. The projects are designed to LEED certification standards with innovative sustainable features such as the carbon-reduction concrete slabs. This modernized solution offers reduced environmental impact, aligning with PREMIER’s commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge construction techniques.  The recently completed Montrose 287 Logistics Center and the newly launched Union Distribution Center, are both prime examples of PREMIER’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable industrial spaces.
