The Children's Medical Group Office Building project encompasses the construction of a state-of-the-art pediatric medical office facility, focusing on both the core and shell structures alongside a comprehensive interior build-out. This facility's design features 10 patient exam rooms and two dedicated family exam spaces, thoughtfully incorporating separate waiting and play areas for both ill and well children. Moreover, the building offers an array of amenities, including a fully equipped staff area complete with a break room, locker facilities, and dedicated offices for up to five doctors, including a private office for the office manager. Alongside these spaces, the design includes strategically allocated storage areas, an IT closet, and mechanical zones to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency throughout the building.
