Targeted demolition of the original interior truck docs and segmented re-utilization of the existing structure
The entire building was re-skinned with a new exterior façade, constructed with insulated precast wall panels and a glass curtain wall entryway
New electrical service was installed in the building along with T5 energy-efficient lighting, fire sprinkler system and audio/visual modifications
Included in the new design was 5,800 square feet of additional office space
Redesigned truck docking station with 13 exterior bays for more efficient on-site truck maneuvering
The new truck court and the increase of usable space was made possible with the construction of onsite underground water detention
