Construction of a 219,242-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 15010 Don Julian Road in the City of Industry, California. The development includes an 11,000-square-foot, two-story office component integrated into the warehouse structure. The building was designed to support modern distribution operations and features a 36-foot clear height, 21 dock doors, and one grade-level loading door. Additional building systems include an ESFR sprinkler system and a rooftop solar panel installation. The office portion incorporates a contemporary interior layout with expansive window lines that provide natural daylight throughout the space, along with a second-story balcony that introduces an indoor–outdoor element to the workplace environment. PREMIER coordinated with the project design and engineering team to deliver the facility and complete the construction of the core building and office components.
