As the general contractor for the I-95 project in Fort Lauderdale, PREMIER managed the construction of a 306,855-square-foot tilt-up industrial distribution facility across two buildings. The project included site preparation with mass grading and lake excavation, as well as the installation of an onsite storm sewer system connected to the retention area. The buildings feature 32-foot clear heights, 58 exterior truck doors per building, three drive-in doors per building, and 393 parking spaces.
Construction elements included TPO roofing with polyisocyanurate insulation, ESFR fire protection, and asphalt pavement. The facility was built to accommodate various industrial tenants, including distributors, manufacturers, and freight forwarders. The project was completed within the allocated budget and scope.
