PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC served as the general contractor for the Keyence Corporation of America facility at 1000 W. Sample Rd., Suite 300. The project included site preparation, demolition of existing structures, and construction of a new industrial warehouse with precast concrete walls, a 45-mil ballasted EPDM roofing system, and an ESFR fire sprinkler system. The facility features multiple dock positions, drive-in doors, trailer parking, and a 4000A 277/480V electrical system with T-5 LED lighting.
PREMIER managed all aspects of construction, including permitting, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with regulatory standards. The scope of work encompassed mass grading, utility installation, concrete foundations, and interior and exterior finishes to meet the operational requirements of Keyence Corporation.
