Kuser Road Warehouse is a 145,000+ square foot speculative industrial facility situated on a 16.5-acre site. Featuring a 36-foot clear height, the building incorporates precast walls, aluminum storefront, and entrances for durability.
The facility includes 18 dock positions with levelers, 17 knockouts for potential future doors, 2 drive-in doors, and 22 entrance doors, along with main and side entries equipped with canopies. The site underwent necessary clearing and balancing using offsite materials due to unsuitable native soils. A retention pond was constructed at the rear of the building to address environmental considerations.
