This 24,600-square-foot adaptive reuse building underwent interior demolition to make way for the international supermarket group. The facility is constructed with a combination of structural steel and masonry materials. It is equipped with loading docks to facilitate efficient logistics. In addition to grocery amenities such as coolers, freezers, a kitchen, and a bakery, the supermarket offers new employee amenities, including office space and breakrooms.
