Marina Mile
As the general contractor for the Marina Mile Spec Warehouse, we managed the construction of a 189,620-square-foot tilt-wall concrete industrial facility. The project included structural steel framing and a 45-mil TPO roofing system. Site preparation did not require clearing, and the building was designed with a 32-foot clear height and an ESFR fire sprinkler system.
The facility was built to accommodate up to six tenants, including distributors, manufacturers, and freight forwarders. Construction also included asphalt pavement for parking. The project was completed within the planned scope and specifications.
