O'Reilly Auto Parts

The O’Reilly Auto Parts Regional Distribution Hub is a 363,711-square-foot facility designed to serve as a critical logistics and supply chain hub for O’Reilly Auto Parts. Located in Naperville, IL, the project is developed by NAR Development and will be constructed using precast, steel, and prefinished metal canopies for durability and efficiency. No site clearing is required prior to construction. The building will feature 30 offices, 14 restrooms, two conference rooms, and specialized facilities such as an oil storage room, red room, battery storage, aerosol room, pour-off room, and a store. Additionally, truckers and drivers will have access to dedicated lounges.
The project also includes an asphalt parking lot with 375 parking spaces and concrete dock paving to support the distribution operations. While O’Reilly Auto Parts will serve as the primary tenant, the facility is designed for use as a regional distribution hub, primarily for retail and distribution operations. The project is expected to generate significant employment opportunities in logistics, distribution, and support roles, contributing to local job growth and economic development in the region.
