The Snack Innovations Warehouse Expansion in Piscataway, NJ, was a carefully orchestrated project that added 51,019 square feet of operational space to an active facility—all while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations. With a 30-foot clear height, four new exterior truck docks, and expanded parking, the addition was designed to enhance efficiency and accommodate growth. Constructed using precast and metal panel walls, the expansion also integrated a gas-fired heating system, TPO roofing, and an advanced ESFR fire sprinkler system. Despite the challenges of working within a live facility, PREMIER Design + Build Group managed every aspect of the project—from site demolition and grading to coordinating utility connections and ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Through strategic planning and collaboration, the team successfully delivered the project on time, maintaining seamless operations while transforming the space for future growth.
