SOLC – Building 6 is a large-scale industrial warehouse facility located in Ontario, California, within the South Ontario Logistics Center development. The overall SOLC campus totals approximately 1.9 million square feet and is being developed by REDA. Building 6 is designed as a core and shell, tilt-up concrete warehouse structure with supporting site improvements.
The building consists of approximately 664,116 square feet of conditioned area and includes freezer, cooler, cool dock, and future office components. The structure is Type III-B construction, fully sprinklered with ESFR fire protection, and complies with the 2022 California Building Code and all applicable City of Ontario municipal standards. The project is designated for S-1 warehouse and B office occupancy and is designed to accommodate future tenant improvements under separate permits.
Building 6 is part of a logistics development has been awarded LEED Silver certification and supports high-capacity industrial, cold storage, and distribution operations with associated site infrastructure, fire protection systems, and utility coordination.
