PREMIER served as the General Contractor for the Thermo Fisher expansion project, which involved upgrades to the warehouse’s HVAC and cold storage capabilities. The project included the installation of eight rooftop units to fully condition the warehouse space. Additionally, a 10,000 SF cooler was constructed to maintain temperatures between +2°C and +8°C, alongside a 2,700 SF freezer designed to operate at -20°C. The freezer was built with a glycol underslab heating system to prevent frost heave.
