We are thrilled to welcome Paola Placko to PREMIER as Preconstruction Manager! With more than 20 years of experience in architecture design, zoning analysis and permitting, to construction management, Paola’s diverse knowledge and skills are instrumental in her new role where she will focus on residential/multifamily and industrial. She will work closely in the day-to-day and oversight of project scheduling, estimating, subcontractor selection, and coordinate with owners and project partners.
