PREMIER Design + Build Group Completes New Project for Dermody: LogistiCenter® at Irvine I & II

October 29, 2025 (Irvine, Calif.) – PREMIER Design + Build Group is proud to announce the completion of LogistiCenter® at Irvine I & II for Nevada-based developer Dermody. LogistiCenter® at Irvine I & II are two state-of-the-art industrial facilities totaling 224,920 square feet located in Irvine, California.

LogistiCenter® at Irvine I is a 133,320 SF logistics space situated on six acres in the Irvine Spectrum submarket, serving as part of Dermody’s commitment to being strategically located for customers’ benefit. It includes 10,000 SF of office and mezzanine space, a 36’ clear height, 15 dock doors with dock bumpers, one drive-in door, and 108 parking stalls. The property is available for immediate occupancy, and is represented by CBRE brokers Gregg Haly, Tyler Haly, Carol Trapani and Allison Kelly, and is available for immediate occupancy.

LogistiCenter® at Irvine II is a 91,600 SF industrial space situated on 4.4 acres. The building features 8,200 SF of office and mezzanine space, a 36’ clear height, 11 dock doors, one drive-in door, and 74 parking stalls. The facility has been leased by a large automaker for its research and development efforts, a welcome addition to the area that strengthens Irvine’s role as a hub for technology and brings new jobs and investment to the community.
