PREMIER Design + Build Group Completes Orange Logistics Center for IDI Logistics in Southern California

February 3, 2026 (Irvine, CA) — PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed construction of the Orange Logistics Center, a two-building, Class A industrial development totaling 285,719 square feet in Orange County. The project marks PREMIER’s first completed facility for IDI Logistics in the Western Region and reinforces the firm’s continued expansion and execution capabilities across California.

Designed to support modern logistics and distribution operations, the development delivers highly efficient, flexible space across two state-of-the-art buildings. Building 1 encompasses 186,519 square feet with a 6,490-square-foot office component, 36-foot clear height, 25 dock doors, and 172 parking spaces. Building 2 totals 99,200 square feet and includes a 6,347-square-foot office, 32-foot clear height, 11 dock doors, and 106 parking spaces.

Both facilities were designed with sustainability and long-term performance in mind. Project features include a carbon-reduction concrete slab system and design strategies aligned with LEED certification goals, supporting energy efficiency, durability, and reduced environmental impact.

The surrounding area’s ongoing redevelopment and public-private investment initiatives position the facility to support sustained economic activity, workforce access, and long-term demand for high-quality logistics space.
