More than 120 employees across the U.S. are now company owners
July 14, 2023 (Buffalo Grove, Ill.) – PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC is pleased to announce that it has transitioned its ownership structure to an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). Founded in 2004 in suburban Chicago, PREMIER has grown from a three-person general contracting company to a full-service design and construction firm that employs more than 120 team members in its Midwest, Northeast, and Southwest regional offices. Its clients include real estate development and investment firms, as well as many end users.
