December 27, 2023 (Fontana, CA) – PREMIER Design + Build Group and client WPT Capital Advisors gathered this week in California’s Inland Empire to celebrate the groundbreaking for a 318,243-square-foot industrial building. Located in the city of Fontana at 14874 Santa Ana Avenue, the WPT Commerce Center development is slated for completion in Fall 2024. The building will offer a 36’ clear height, 46 dock doors, two ground-level doors, and a two-story open office space totaling 7,000 square feet. Exterior features will include 84 trailer parking stalls and 99 parking spaces for automobiles. PREMIER is serving as general contractor on the assignment.
The Fontana site offers easy access to road, rail, sea, and air transport options. The I-10 and I-15 freeways are located nearby. Two intermodal train yards are within 12 miles of the property. The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach are within 65 miles. Two international airports, Ontario and LAX, are within 62 miles.

PREMIER’s Derrick Schuster is serving as senior project manager on WPT Commerce Center. Other team members include project engineer Victor Xu, superintendent Andres Bautista, senior superintendent Adrien Lopez, and director of construction Nick Palmer. PREMIER is working with HPA Architecture for architectural design services and RPM Engineers for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Voit Real Estate Services is serving as real estate broker for WPT Commerce Center.
