Our dedicated team at PREMIER has been hard at work in the Northern Nevada desert, making significant progress at the Victory Logistics District. We're pleased to announce that buildings B, C, and D2 have reached substantial completion.
These facilities included in the monumental speculative development—spanning more than 1 million total square feet—are situated in Fernley, Nevada, within the 4,300-acre master planned Victory Logistics District. They feature 36’-40’ clear heights; 26-28 dock positions for buildings B and C, and 120 dock positions for building D2.
