Congratulations to Thomas Rushing Sr. on his promotion to General Superintendent, Southwest Market! Tom’s dedication and proven track record for consistently delivering quality work product and working efficiently and proactively with our team members, partners and clients across the SW market, while embodying PREMIER’s core values, demonstrates his exemplary leadership capabilities in the field.
“I like to see the younger generation join the team and help to mentor them, then see their growth as they advance their careers,” Tom said. “I like a challenging project or a short schedule that pushes me to think outside the box and change the way we do some of our projects.”
Currently, Tom is overseeing the Victory Logistics project for Mark IV Capitol in Fernley, Nevada. This project, which consists of three buildings totaling over 1 million square feet in a master-planned industrial park spanning 4,000 acres, is on a 12-month schedule.
"As the most knowledgeable builder I have ever worked alongside, Tom not only has the technical background, but that, coupled with his core to PREMIER character traits of integrity, positivity, hardworking and eagerness to share knowledge…he will lead PREMIER’s Southwest Division to new heights in his role as our General Superintendent,” Steve Gabbert, Principal & Southwest Market Leader, said.
