June 26, 2026 (Morristown, NJ) — PREMIER Design + Build Group is thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul Moser as Senior Vice President, Eastern Region. Moser will directly oversee the company’s project portfolio across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, operating out of the firm’s Morristown office.
Moser brings over a decade's worth of development and construction expertise to PREMIER, having delivered in excess of 6 million square feet of industrial developments and complex redevelopments throughout the region. His comprehensive background spans the full project lifecycle, from initial due diligence and entitlement through construction completion and tenant turnover, giving him a distinctive ability to lead projects of all scales and complexity.
Throughout his career, Moser has built a reputation for excellence in team leadership, contract review and compliance, design management, design-build construction, and entitlement management. His depth of knowledge across each phase of development positions him to strengthen PREMIER’s capabilities in one of the firm’s most active and strategically important markets.
