September 2, 2025 – Iselin, NJ – PREMIER Design + Build Group is proud to announce the appointment of William Rosa as Vice President of Construction – Eastern Region, a key leadership role in advancing operational excellence and client satisfaction across the East Coast.
With more than 20 years of hands-on construction and field leadership experience, Rosa will oversee project management operations throughout the Eastern Region, providing strategic direction to project teams and ensuring every jobsite reflects PREMIER’s high standards for quality, performance, and delivery.

Rosa’s extensive background spans estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field oversight, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from concept to completion. He is highly skilled at navigating local market conditions, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering creative, effective solutions to project challenges.
