June 8, 2026 (Morristown, NJ)– PREMIER Design + Build Group announced today the promotion of Artie Trautmann to General Superintendent, a move that deepens the company's field leadership and accelerates its growth across the Northeast industrial market.
Artie brings to the role a career-long record of field excellence, collaborative project delivery, and a commitment to jobsite safety. As General Superintendent, Artie will oversee field operations and project execution throughout PREMIER’s Northeast division, helping drive operational excellence while maintaining the high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction that define PREMIER.
Artie has earned a reputation for building strong teams, taking a solutions-based approach to successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of accountability and mentorship in the field. Artie’s impressive experience and contribution to field operations include some of the most challenging industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects, such as the World Trade Center site redevelopment, Madison Square Garden, Second Avenue Subway, One Nassau, and the TSX Broadway projects.
Throughout his career, Artie has successfully managed complex brownfield and remediation sites, extensive ground improvements, and large-scale concrete operations. In 2025, he was recognized across our national organization as the inaugural recipient of PREMIER’s Guardian: Excellence in Safety Award, honoring his proactive leadership and commitment to protecting every person on our jobsites.
